1. Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using d89's website, app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using any d89 service.
These terms apply to all d89 platform users — both new and existing account holders. d89 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
- Complying with these terms is mandatory for all users.
- No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use any d89 service.
- It is the user's own responsibility to ensure that using this service complies with the laws applicable in Bangladesh.
2. Account Creation, Security & Policy
Registration Terms
To create an account on d89, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each user is permitted only one account. d89 reserves the right to close both accounts if a single individual is found operating multiple accounts.
Password & Security
Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify d89 immediately.
Account Suspension & Closure
In cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or suspicious transactions, d89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.
Identity Verification
D89 may request additional information to verify a user's identity when necessary. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
D89 expects all users to behave honestly, lawfully, and responsibly. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Creating or operating an account using false or misleading information.
- Using software bots, automated tools, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
- Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
Violations of these rules may result in account termination and legal action. d89 reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on d89 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through approved mobile banking methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Deposits below the minimum required amount will not be processed.
- Deposits will not be confirmed without a valid Transaction ID.
- If delays occur due to technical issues, please contact our support center.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1–6 hours.
- Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
- Funds will be sent to the mobile number registered on your account.
D89 is not obligated to explain the reason for any rejected or delayed transaction, but will endeavor to notify the user in cases involving suspicious activity.
5. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
D89 is not liable for any loss caused by technical failures, server outages, third-party service disruptions, or internet connectivity issues. Users access the platform voluntarily and at their own risk.
- D89 is not responsible for the outcome of any game or betting result.
- D89 is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.
- D89's liability for issues arising from third-party payment gateway failures is limited.
Intellectual Property
The d89 logo, brand name, website design, game content, and all core assets are protected under d89's intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Integrations
D89's platform integrates third-party services such as payment gateways and game providers. These third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. d89 is not responsible for any decisions or errors made by third parties.
6. Amendments & Applicable Law
D89 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be posted on the website. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through discussion.
